Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with clients to foster an environment of comfort and openness.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and devise individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to address issues such as anxiety, depression, marital conflict, and trauma.

• Monitor and document client progress through regular evaluations, adjusting treatment plans in collaboration with clients to optimize outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary and connect clients with external resources when specialized support is required.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy.

• Collaborate in peer supervision and support within our team to improve service delivery and enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of clients who may be facing a variety of mental health challenges, including relational issues, familial discord, anxiety disorders, depression, and more. Your ability to empathize and relate to multiple backgrounds will be key as you tailor your approaches to meet the varied needs of individuals, couples, and families seeking support.

Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Strong clinical skills with experience in therapy delivery, both individually and in group settings.

• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.

• Ability to manage a caseload effectively while adhering to ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
