This position offers a remote work setting, allowing our LMFTs the flexibility to manage their schedules while ensuring high-quality care for our clients. As part of our outpatient office, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals dedicated to creating a supportive environment for both employees and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health needs and therapeutic goals.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that encompass evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and monitor progress regularly.

• Implement therapeutic interventions effectively, adjusting strategies based on individual client responses to treatment.

• Provide ongoing counseling and support to individuals and families in various contexts, ensuring a holistic approach to their mental health.

• Collaborate actively with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care physicians, to ensure comprehensive care for each patient.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from an accredited institution is essential.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania is required.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in providing mental health counseling or therapeutic services is preferred.

• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of experience is mandatory, candidates with experience in trauma-informed care, child and adolescent therapy, or family systems therapy will be given preference. Familiarity with electronic health record systems can be beneficial to integrate into our workflow seamlessly.
