Our detox center focus allows you to engage with clients in a meaningful way, utilizing a supportive virtual platform. The company utilizes a billing service that streamlines administrative tasks, enabling our therapists to focus on exceptional patient care and therapeutic relationships.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Provide individual and couples therapy sessions, skillfully addressing the diverse mental health needs of clients across all age groups.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of each client's therapeutic progress through electronic records management, ensuring compliance and continuity of care.
\n
• Schedule ongoing appointments, efficiently managing your calendar while accommodating client needs and preferences.
\n
• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques to address clinical presentations, adapting approaches as necessary to meet each client’s unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers in the region to enhance care coordination and create a network of resources for your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position involves working with a diverse clientele experiencing various mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance use concerns. The environment encourages building strong therapeutic relationships that foster trust and meaningful dialogue, crucial for effective treatment and recovery in a detox center context.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW licensure, allowing for independent practice in the state of Illinois.
\n
• Demonstrated professionalism with a solid understanding of therapeutic boundaries and ethical standards.

• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
\n
• Ability to effectively manage time and workload, ensuring timely responses to client needs.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

We highly value candidates who possess:

• Relevant training and/or significant experience specializing in couples therapy and working with clients facing substance use issues.

• A passion for ongoing professional development and an eagerness to incorporate new therapeutic techniques into practice.

• Availability for a minimum of 20-25 hours of client-facing work per week, including at least two evenings weekly to accommodate client schedules.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Empire City Family & Marriage Counseling offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. In addition to financial compensation, we provide benefits that promote a healthy work-life balance:
