You will work closely with clients from the comfort of your home while providing essential therapy services to our outpatient mental health clinic. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and address their unique challenges.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning to support clients during critical moments.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in alignment with ethical and legal standards, ensuring a high level of accountability and professionalism.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This opportunity offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus a sign-on bonus. In addition, the position includes:
