Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate each client's unique circumstances, strengths, and areas in need of support.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions tailored to each client's needs.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and holistic care for clients.

• Implement and monitor crisis intervention strategies and risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of clients in distress.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psycho-education classes, helping clients to develop coping mechanisms and peer support networks.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in alignment with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
