The Center Field Counseling LLC is actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic outpatient team in South Gate, California. As an integral member of our clinical staff, you will engage in meaningful therapeutic work with clients ranging from individuals to families, utilizing a client-centered, trauma-informed approach to promote mental and emotional well-being.

Work Environment\n

This is a full-time position with flexibility to work remotely while also offering the option for in-office and hybrid arrangements. You will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, contributing to a supportive group practice setting. Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to capture detailed histories and presenting concerns for each client.

• Developing tailored, individualized treatment plans that align with the needs and goals of your clients.
\n
• Delivering psychotherapy through recognized modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and peer support specialists to provide holistic care.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and ethical standards.
\n
• Participating in regular team meetings, case consultations, and clinical training sessions to enhance your skills and contribute to team efficacy.

• Providing ongoing support to clients during significant life transitions, crises, and milestones to facilitate their journey towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• An active LMFT license in the state of California.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) to manage client information and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred candidates will have a minimum of two years of direct clinical experience working with diverse client populations in an outpatient setting. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and a track record of successfully treating a range of mental health issues will be considered advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000.00 to $100,000.00, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
