Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain trusting, therapeutic relationships with patients to foster a safe environment for open communication.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and counseling strategies during sessions with individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments of patient progress.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to refer clients to specialists when required, ensuring comprehensive care.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
