This role is set in a remote work environment, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while still engaging collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., enabling a balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to design personalized treatment plans that align with their individual goals, community resources, and therapeutic needs.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client growth and healing.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to enhance their understanding and overall well-being.

• Regularly track and monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Work in conjunction with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure integrated care for your clients.

• Stay current with the latest research and developments related to mood disorders to apply best practices effectively.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in weekly team meetings, case consultations, and professional training sessions to continually enhance your clinical skills.

The therapist will primarily work with clients experiencing mood disorders, such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, dependent on qualifications and experience.
