This position is designed for mental health professionals who thrive in a remote setting. You will work from home but will connect regularly with clients via telehealth platforms, the nuances of which include effective video communication, timely follow-ups, and thorough documentation. Although remote, you will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to enhancing the lives of our clients, with additional access to an outpatient office facility as required for meetings or training purposes. We offer flexible scheduling that includes some evening and weekend hours tailored to accommodate our clients' busy lives.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources which are crucial to formulating effective treatment plans.

• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused techniques.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that specify clear, achievable goals and interventions to ensure progress is continuously assessed and adapted.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care that addresses all aspects of a client's health.

• Respond to crisis situations by offering intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning when necessary, ensuring a supportive and safe environment for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards to uphold the transparency and integrity of care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that enhance the therapeutic experience and support community building among clients.
