Work Environment\n

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., promoting a balanced work-life environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients, assessing the intensity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms to tailor treatment effectively.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, aligning with their specific needs, goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide high-quality care.

• Educate clients and families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Regularly monitor and track client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other health specialists to provide integrated care that addresses the holistic needs of clients.

• Stay current with trends and advancements in mood disorder research to enhance treatment strategies and client support.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical requirements, ensuring client privacy is protected.

You will work directly with a diverse client population, focusing on individuals and families navigating complex emotional and relational issues, including parenting challenges, marital conflicts, and the challenges of divorce. Qualifications\n

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
