Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans that address each individual’s unique needs.

• Engage in one-on-one therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Family Systems Therapy, to foster clients’ personal growth.

• Collaborate with clients to establish and track therapeutic goals, making adaptations as necessary to optimize their healing process.

• Deliver teletherapy services to clients who may face mobility challenges or prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and treatment progress to uphold compliance with ethical standards.

• Participate actively in professional development initiatives, including workshops and training that enhance clinical skills and introduce innovative approaches.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a valid and active LMFT license in the state of Texas.
