Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our center, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments with both individual clients and couples, while also facilitating family sessions to gather insights into relational dynamics.

• Implementing tailored therapeutic interventions for issues such as alcohol and substance abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, and family conflicts.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapies and practices to guide clients through challenges including separation, divorce, blended family adjustments, and mother/daughter conflicts.
\n
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care tailored to each client's needs.

• Documenting therapy sessions accurately in compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
\n
• Providing telehealth services as needed, ensuring continuity of client support regardless of location.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele consists of a diverse range of adults, children, and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges. Common issues include familial conflicts, adjustment disorders, stress due to medical conditions, and more. Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
