Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Wellpower, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailor-made treatment plans for clients dealing with various mental health issues, including relationship conflicts, grief and loss, addiction, and adjustment difficulties.

• Facilitating individual sessions and group therapy sessions that empower clients to explore their emotions, identify triggers, and develop healthier coping mechanisms.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and narrative therapy to guide clients toward positive change.

• Tracking client progress and outcomes through proper documentation and regular evaluations, ensuring consistency and continuity of care.

• Building strong therapeutic alliances with clients, allowing them to feel supported and understood during their healing journey.

• Referring clients to other specialists or resources when necessary, ensuring they receive comprehensive support tailored to their needs.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
\n
• An active, unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Florida
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy and compassion

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
