Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home and manage your schedule effectively. You have the autonomy to determine your caseload, which may consist of 10-30 billable hours per week, and you will have opportunities to connect with colleagues via virtual consultations. All session management is conducted through secure electronic health records and billing systems, facilitating a hassle-free clinical experience.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations utilizing the most recent DSM guidelines, under the supervision of licensed psychologists and psychiatrists.

• Deliver tailored psychotherapy services, including crisis intervention, family therapy, couples counseling, and skills training for a diverse client population.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients’ progress and needs.
\n
• Engage collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to support treatment planning and enhance the overall quality of care provided to patients.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to increase client engagement and improve mental health outcomes.
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions, including preparation of comprehensive reports, clinical summaries, and collaboration with external agencies when appropriate.

• Participate in quality management activities, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities to remain at the forefront of mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals, couples, and families experiencing a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and dual diagnoses. Our clients often deal with complex life situations that require sensitivity and skilled intervention. By providing remote therapy, you will help reduce barriers to access and contribute positively to the mental well-being of our community.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active LMFT license in the state of Florida.

• Possess a master's or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• At least two years of practical experience in providing psychotherapy services.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and maintaining electronic health records is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with crisis intervention strategies and integrating a trauma-informed approach to therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus, medical, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice coverage, and regular insurance rate negotiations.
