Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans for clients.
\n
• Deliver therapeutic interventions including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, both via telehealth and in-person as needed.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), or EMDR to address clients' diverse needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases, share insights, and participate in regular team meetings to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
\n
• Engage in community outreach and educational activities to promote mental health awareness and strengthen community ties.
\n
• Work towards becoming an in-network provider with an insurance panel to improve client access to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse client population, including adolescents, adults, and families facing a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Each client’s unique cultural background and experiences are respected and considered in treatment planning, enhancing the efficacy of the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree from an accredited graduate program in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• An active, unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Colorado.
\n
• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to provide high-quality bilingual therapeutic services.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in a mental health setting working with a variety of age groups, demonstrating a strong grasp of clinical practices.
\n
• Deep respect for and understanding of different cultural values and individual family customs when delivering care.
\n
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to effectively engage clients and collaborate with team members.
\n
• Proficiency in technology, including EHR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
\n
• Availability to provide services two evenings a week and one weekend day to accommodate client schedules.
\n
• A valid Driver's License and insurance, necessary for occasional in-person appointments.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialized training or certification in therapy methodologies such as CBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, or other relevant approaches.

• Experience addressing specialized areas such as trauma, grief, LGBTQ+, or perinatal mental health.

• A track record of participation in continued education or professional development opportunities in mental health.
