Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver tailored, evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, adapting your approach based on unique therapeutic needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including clinical evaluations and treatment planning, to identify client challenges and develop effective interventions.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions that encourage open communication and healing among family members.

• Document progress and maintain accurate, confidential client records using electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Continue to refine therapeutic techniques by participating in clinical supervision, professional development workshops, and peer review sessions.

• Engage with clients in crisis situations, employing de-escalation techniques and targeted interventions to ensure safety and support.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community partners, to provide comprehensive care tailored to each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse clientele in the Los Angeles area, ranging from adolescents to adults, who may be grappling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
