Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to establish diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans that align with the individual needs of clients.
\n
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week, ensuring timely interventions and effective follow-up care.
\n
• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions to engage clients, helping them to achieve and exceed their mental health goals.
\n
• Document all clinical interactions, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with organizational policies.
\n
• Collaborate with case managers, educational staff, and medical personnel to coordinate a holistic approach to client care.
\n
• Actively contribute to clinical staff meetings and training sessions, sharing insights and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
\n
• Engage in peer support to cultivate a warm and positive team culture that encourages open communication and sharing of best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on servicing children, adolescents, and families who are seeking assistance in navigating various mental health challenges. Our diverse client base encompasses individuals from various backgrounds, including BIPOC and LGBTQ communities. We encourage therapists with multilingual capabilities and those who are culturally competent to apply, enhancing our ability to meet the unique needs of our client population.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current LMFT PA clinical license is mandatory for this role.
\n
• Proficient experience with clinical documentation practices, including the completion of assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities necessary for effective interactions with clients and team members.
\n
• Demonstrated capability to establish and maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients.
\n
• Experience in delivering services via Telehealth platforms is preferred.
\n
• Must successfully pass a background check to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Hands-on experience in a community health setting is an advantage.
\n
• Knowledge of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; experience with Valant is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
