This full-time role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while also giving staff the option to conduct in-person sessions in our outpatient office as needed. You will work within a collaborative team that emphasizes consultation, support, and adherence to best practices in mental health care. Utilizing telehealth platforms, you will be expected to maintain consistent communication with clients and staff, ensuring an engaging and supportive therapeutic experience.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess clients' mental health needs by conducting detailed interviews and evaluations.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, considering each client’s unique goals and circumstances.

• Conduct therapy sessions in various formats, including one-on-one, couples, family therapy, and group sessions focused on specific themes or challenges.

• Monitor client progress through regular evaluations, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Administer age-appropriate assessments and provide interventions tailored to different populations, ensuring all methods utilized are culturally competent.

• Facilitate parent support groups and engage in discussions related to the challenges of placement and adoption, especially for families dealing with prenatally substance-exposed children.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation to comply with legal and ethical guidelines while ensuring quality of care.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse range of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families facing complex life challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
