Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with clients through empathetic communication and active listening.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop tailored treatment plans that meet individual patient needs.

• Facilitate regular counseling sessions for individuals, couples, and families, providing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Monitor client progress through ongoing assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and specialists to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences to discuss client treatment strategies and outcomes.

• Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Stay informed about ongoing developments in the field of therapy and mental health to enhance your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, couples, and families, dealing with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and addiction. Your role will be crucial in guiding these clients through their emotional obstacles, equipping them with coping strategies and skills to foster resilience and mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license in the state of Florida is required.

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
