Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems.

• Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that outline clear therapeutic goals and interventions, regularly updating them based on client progress.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure cohesive treatment strategies.

• Facilitate and lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational programs, and support groups to enhance clients' therapeutic engagements.

• Implement crisis interventions and safety planning to address acute psychological emergencies, ensuring the safety of clients in need.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely electronic health records in compliance with all ethical and legal standards, documenting client progress and treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will work with a diverse population encompassing individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
