This role is designed for a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility in your schedule while ensuring that clients receive the support they need. The outpatient nature of our counseling center means you will conduct therapy sessions primarily through video conferencing, enhancing both client accessibility and convenience.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments through telehealth methods to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resource availability.

• Provide specialized individual, family, and group therapy tailored to the unique needs of clients using established evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting achievable goals and implementing specific therapeutic interventions.

• Utilize techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to facilitate client healing and resilience.

• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure integrated and coordinated care for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning to address immediate client needs effectively.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, focusing on client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Lead interactive group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to enhance clients' understanding of mental health issues and recovery strategies.

Your work will primarily focus on serving individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
