Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to establish mental health diagnoses and collaborate on the creation of tailored treatment plans.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 client visits per week while delivering effective therapy sessions

• Document ongoing treatment progress, session notes, and treatment plan reviews in compliance with clinic policies.

• Employ innovative and creative therapeutic techniques to help clients meet and surpass their personal and therapeutic goals.

• Engage in a multidisciplinary approach, coordinating care with case managers, families, healthcare providers, and school professionals as needed for holistic support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily focus on providing therapy to a wide range of populations, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Village Behavioral Health Clinic offers a competitive compensation structure that includes an hourly pay model with commission on claims. Benefits include:
