This role is entirely remote, allowing therapists to connect with clients via telehealth platforms. Our flexible work model enables practitioners to choose their caseloads, with typical billable hours ranging from 10 to 30 per week. All client interactions are handled through secure online sessions, with options for in-person group sessions if needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide outpatient mental health treatments, including diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and therapy sessions, individually and in group settings.

• Conduct thorough assessments using the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to diagnose and formulate treatment plans for clients.

• Utilize various evidence-based treatment techniques tailored specifically for individual, couple, and group therapy.

• Engage in case management activities including coordinating care with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers and arranging psychiatric admissions as necessary.

• Demonstrate expertise in a range of therapeutic interventions such as crisis intervention, stress management, and family therapy, adjusting methods based on clinical appropriateness.

• Participate actively in clinical team meetings to collaborate on evaluations, treatment plans, and quality assurance initiatives.

• Maintain meticulous therapy documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facilitating communication with other stakeholders involved in client care.

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including individuals and families dealing with a variety of mental health issues and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Psy.D in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
