Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a positive, trusting rapport with clients, creating a safe space for open dialogue and healing.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' specific needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client population consists of individuals and families experiencing relational issues, anxiety, depression, grief, and other mental health disorders. Our therapists work with a diverse demographic, including clients facing challenges related to trauma, addiction, and co-occurring disorders. You will play a vital role in empowering clients on their journey towards mental health recovery and relationship enhancement.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a valid marriage and family therapy license (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• Hold a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Demonstrated knowledge of therapeutic techniques and intervention strategies relevant to marriage and family therapy.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with clients of all backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
