Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns and create tailored treatment plans.

• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients and systematically track their progress towards these objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT with Medina Behavioral Health Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including adult individuals, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Arizona.

• Possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality behavioral health care.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, specifically in the area of marriage and family therapy.

• Experience working effectively with adults and/or child and adolescent populations is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, with the added benefit of a sign-on bonus.
