Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy services to clients in an outpatient setting, delivering tailored treatment that encompasses their unique needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gain insight into clients' relational dynamics and mental health concerns, facilitating the creation of individualized treatment plans with clear therapeutic goals.

• Employ family systems theory and systemic interventions to address and ameliorate relationship issues, communication barriers, and family stressors.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support as necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients and their families.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to all legal, ethical, and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adult clients and child/adolescent populations facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, family conflict, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
