Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' unique mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Employ specific methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to facilitate healing and personal development.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans with collaboratively established goals, monitoring progress over time.

• Interact with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other specialists to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
