Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and provide short-term psychotherapy to clients utilizing various modalities including individual, family, and group therapy sessions. Your clinical services will be supervised by licensed physicians and psychologists, enhancing the quality of care delivered.

• Engage in crisis intervention and brief therapeutic sessions tailored to the needs of individuals facing urgent mental health challenges.

• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for client sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients seeking support.

• Document client progress meticulously, prepare reports, and maintain comprehensive records of therapy to comply with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team for holistic assessments, treatment planning, and interventions, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s care are considered.

• Deliver specialized counseling sessions including but not limited to couples therapy, addiction counseling, and psychoeducation to assist clients in managing their mental health issues.

• Participate in regular clinical team meetings, contributing to departmental planning and quality improvement initiatives.

• Propose innovative therapeutic approaches and alternatives in challenging cases to support client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will primarily focus on serving diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and families facing mental health challenges and dual diagnoses. Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license or a Psy.D credential is required to practice in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A master’s degree or higher in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• Proficiency in telehealth technologies and electronic health record systems to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
