Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and identify strengths and challenges.

• Provide high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities to address a wide range of mental health concerns.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals, interventions, and therapeutic strategies for each client.

• Implement effective therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive client care.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and shared experiences among clients.

• Conduct crisis intervention, risk assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary to ensure client well-being.

• Document client interactions meticulously and maintain records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and security.
