This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience for our clinicians. Clinicians can expect to work standard hours from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Idyllic Behavioral Center, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a diverse caseload of clients, fostering strong therapeutic relationships built on trust and professionalism.

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to establish initial treatment plans and goals.
\n
• Creating, implementing, and regularly reviewing personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation of client progress notes in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities to address mental health challenges.

• Meeting with clients regularly to assess their progress, modify treatment plans, and provide support during times of transition or discharge.

• Participating in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.

• Collaborating effectively with other healthcare and mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We primarily serve youth and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Our clinician's ability to connect with this age group is essential, as they often require tailored interventions that speak to their experiences and developmental stage. You will play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered to work through their struggles.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated ability to meet internal credentialing requirements for telehealth services.

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling, with a solid background in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.

• Experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations is preferred.

• Proficient computer skills, including basic keyboarding and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
