Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.

• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the diverse needs of our clients.

• Utilize established therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to foster healing and resilience.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that include clear goals, interventions, and progressive benchmarks for client assessments.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring seamless integrated care for clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention and safety planning, demonstrating a proactive approach to high-risk situations.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client interactions and progress in accordance with ethical standards and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with clients grappling with issues such as relationship conflicts, anxiety disorders, depression, and the effects of trauma. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
