Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ unique mental health challenges and strengths.

• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that outline clear goals and interventions tailored to each client's needs.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated and coordinated care.

• Engage in ongoing communication with the treatment team to adjust client-centered plans based on progress and feedback.

• Perform crisis intervention when necessary, conducting risk assessments, and formulating safety plans for at-risk clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, reflecting the value of your expertise and the critical role you play in our clients' lives. In addition to this, we provide a sign-on bonus for new therapists joining our team.
