Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations for couples, families, and individuals to identify therapeutic needs.

• Developing individualized treatment plans that address a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to: alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and communication difficulties.

• Facilitating both joint and individual therapy sessions to promote understanding and healing within families.

• Providing crisis intervention and support for clients facing significant life transitions, such as separation and divorce.

• Implementing therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices that align with the goals of each client.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with organizational standards and legal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting couples and families experiencing relational or emotional difficulties. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
