Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting therapeutic sessions with clients, working both with couples together and seeing each individual separately to ensure a comprehensive approach to their mental health needs.

• Addressing a diverse range of issues, which may include alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, conflicts among family members, grief and loss, and the dynamics of blended families.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist clients in navigating their challenges and improving their overall family dynamics.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within our organization to create coordinated care plans that align with each client's specific needs.

• Documenting clinical progress in compliance with organizational policies and standards while ensuring confidentiality and safety of client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will include adults, children, and adolescents, allowing you the opportunity to make a significant impact on various age groups and their families. You will specialize in helping clients manage complex interpersonal issues, such as communication difficulties and mother-daughter conflicts, as well as assisting families in adjusting to life transitions, including separation and divorce.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
