Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows for a significant degree of flexibility, as it operates remotely while serving clients primarily from our outpatient office in Prescott. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychologists, social workers, and support staff, ensuring that you have the resources and support necessary for your success. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate client needs, preferences, and goals for therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and systems theory.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions in a comfortable and confidential setting.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families to enhance understanding of mental health issues and treatment options.

• Input case notes and client data into our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer collaboration to promote continuous professional development.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
