Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Ascend Mind Journey, your primary role will involve working collaboratively with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized therapeutic treatment plans. Duties will include:

• Conducting assessments to identify the emotional and psychological needs of clients.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples and families as well as working with individual clients to address specific issues.

• Addressing a range of complex topics including alcohol abuse, grief and loss issues, conflicts among family members, blended family dynamics, job stress, communication difficulties, and the adjustment processes surrounding separation and divorce.

• Developing and implementing evidence-based interventions to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
\n
• Participating in regular professional development opportunities and supervision meetings.
