Key Responsibilities\n

• Help clients confront and resolve a broad range of psychological issues, including but not limited to trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, and grief.

• Craft and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients’ unique values, experiences, and goals.

• Create a therapeutic environment that fosters trust and encourages collaboration between clients and staff members.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic interventions and techniques to support clients throughout their treatment journey.

• Engage in teamwork with other clinicians and professional support staff, ensuring a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Provide immediate support and crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.

• Continuously seek to expand your professional expertise through specialized training and professional development in areas such as trauma-informed care or couples therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve diverse individuals and families within the Phoenix area, addressing a wide spectrum of issues and needs. Our clients come from various backgrounds and may seek therapy for personal development, relationship enhancement, or coping with significant life changes. Your work will be instrumental in helping them achieve a greater sense of well-being and stability.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Valid license to practice as an LMFT in the state of Arizona.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment, diagnostic skills, and effective case management.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for establishing rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

• A capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience as a licensed therapist, preferably in a community health or outpatient clinic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a salary, our benefits package includes:
