This remote position provides flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while being part of a dedicated team. Although primarily remote, you will also have access to our modern outpatient office facilities in Mesa, Arizona when necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct individual and couple therapy sessions, both virtually and in person as needed.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to address various mental health issues.

• Assess and diagnose clients' emotional, behavioral, and relational needs.
\n
• Create tailored therapeutic plans based on individual and family dynamics.
\n
• Facilitate family therapy sessions to address issues such as conflicts, grief, and communication challenges.

• Support clients dealing with grief, loss, and adjustment to significant life changes such as separation or divorce.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will encompass a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families dealing with:

• Alcohol and substance abuse.
\n
• Emotional or psychological trauma resulting from abuse.

• Healing from grief and loss.
\n
• Family conflicts and sibling rivalry.
\n

• Challenges linked to separation and divorce, including mother/daughter conflicts.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active state license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Proven experience in providing therapeutic services to a diverse client base.
