Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and screenings to thoroughly assess clients’ mental health and identify appropriate treatment options.

• Develop individualized therapy plans that address specific client goals and concerns, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Facilitate effective individual and group therapy sessions, promoting a collaborative environment for clients to share and learn from one another.
\n
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to treatment.

• Educate and support clients’ families throughout the recovery process, providing guidance on how they can contribute to their loved ones’ healing.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements to uphold client trust and safety.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is essential for this role.

• A strong empathetic approach and a nonjudgmental stance that allows clients to feel safe sharing their experiences.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a community mental health setting or in providing teletherapy services will be considered a strong advantage.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, especially those focused on family systems, trauma-informed care, and couples counseling.

• Experience with psychometric testing and evidence-based practice in therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
