Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy to facilitate healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
