Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Summit Pacific, you will carry a varied caseload and engage deeply with each client. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and nurturing rapport with clients to establish a therapeutic alliance based on trust and respect.

• Conducting regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and any necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Developing, implementing, and routinely monitoring personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, in compliance with state and organizational guidelines.

• Performing thorough intake assessments to understand the client's background, needs, and goals.
\n
• Engaging in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and ensure best practices.

• Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic care to clients.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
