Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to client needs, ensuring effective evaluations and treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic interventions for diverse populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on building coping skills and resiliency.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy, to address varied client concerns.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic approaches to client care, attending to both mental health and physical well-being.

• Document clinical records meticulously, upholding confidentiality and ethical standards in compliance with legal requirements and best practices.

• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in workshops and training to remain proficient in current mental health research and modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at our center, you will work with a diverse client base that may include individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship challenges. Your expertise will guide clients through their unique journeys toward recovery, empowerment, and mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted professional licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services, preferably in clinical settings.

• A strong understanding of the ethical and legal standards related to mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation between USD 70,000 and USD 110,000, commensurate with experience, alongside performance bonuses. Moreover, we offer a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
