Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of students’ emotional and social needs, utilizing standardized tools and observational methods to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to students' unique circumstances, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, to promote mental health resilience.

• Maintain organized and confidential clinical records while adhering to ethical standards and regulatory compliance, ensuring the integrity of client data.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including educators, school psychologists, and parents, to ensure a holistic approach to student well-being.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultations to reflect on cases, enhance clinical skills, and promote best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and you will be instrumental in providing culturally competent care that respects their unique identities and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited institution.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with no ongoing disciplinary actions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $52,000 to $70,000 , commensurate with your experience and skills.
