Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, plan for future appointments, and discuss potential discharge when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to the needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress notes to support effective treatment continuity.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to understand client needs and determine suitable therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions weekly, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address various mental health concerns.

• Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in Arizona.

• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.

• Proficiency in utilizing computers and familiarization with software such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

Compensation and Benefits\n
