Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing various evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR) in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to enhance client outcomes and ensure a holistic approach to care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practices.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and to develop strategies that further assist our clientele in achieving their mental health goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of individuals, including adolescents and adults experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our clientele often includes those who have limited access to traditional mental health resources, allowing you to make a significant impact in their lives by offering tailored therapeutic practices designed to meet their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A Bachelor's degree is required; however, a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards governing the practice of counseling is required.

• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients and effectively work within a healthcare team.

• Proficiency in utilizing EMR software for documentation and case management is highly desired.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in family therapy, couples therapy, and trauma-informed care is highly desirable.

• Prior experience handling substance misuse issues is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, determined by your experience and caseload.
