Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand client needs, facilitating the development of individualized therapy strategies.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to groups, families, couples, and individuals, ensuring each approach meets the unique needs of the client.

• Employ various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address a wide range of mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to enhance comprehensive client care and improve therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest trends in mental health research and treatment protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from various backgrounds and encounter a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse client populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. Benefits include:
