Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, formulating individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations of their psychological and emotional needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal regulations and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and security of information.

• Actively participate in collaborative discussions with a team of healthcare professionals to create and implement effective client care strategies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training, to stay abreast of current trends and advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on providing mental health support to adults and families that often face barriers to accessing appropriate care. The client population includes individuals dealing with a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted LPC licensure within Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, ideally within a clinical context, is essential.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice is critical to ensure compliance and professionalism.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and effectively interact with a diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, with caseload size based on availability and the counselor's experience level.
