Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in providing both group and individual therapy to young adults. Your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions that promote connection and support among clients, encouraging them to share their experiences and learn from one another.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Offer personalized, empathetic counseling to assist clients in exploring their thoughts and feelings. Help them develop coping strategies and actionable plans to address their unique challenges.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and tailored to their specific needs.

• Progress Monitoring: Track clients’ progress and outcomes through assessments and feedback mechanisms. Your insights will play a crucial role in adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborating with a Multidisciplinary Team: Engage with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, sharing information and strategies for complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are participating in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). You will be instrumental in guiding this demographic through significant mental health challenges, helping to inspire hope and foster recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in Texas is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, prior experience working with young adults in a mental health treatment setting is advantageous. Experience facilitating both group and individual therapy, as well as collaborating in a multidisciplinary environment, will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide:
