Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized treatment strategies tailored to their unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, effectively addressing a variety of mental health concerns.

• Utilize a broad range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused short therapy to implement structured treatment plans.

• Work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, leveraging diverse expertises to optimize client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and a high standard of care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest research and methodologies in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will primarily consist of individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, many of whom encounter barriers in accessing traditional mental healthcare services. You will work with clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. By offering tailored counseling services, you will help empower clients in their journeys toward recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Texas Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is necessary.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting, is essential for this position.

• Demonstrated competency in family therapy, couples therapy, and trauma-informed care is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our administrative support with billing and documentation allows you to focus more on client care and less on administrative tasks.
