Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy to clients, employing tailored therapeutic strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Conduct thorough client assessments, developing personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations of psychological and emotional health.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions addressing the mental health needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including social workers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals—to ensure comprehensive patient care and improved treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with all applicable guidelines.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an attractive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure.
